From Concept to Completion

Camila was excellent! She showed us different options in cabinets and countertops, plus the tub and toilet. We also appreciate Tiasha for taking over and did an awesome job!

We love our new kitchen! Everyone who visits loves our kitchen. Close friends of ours did their kitchen re-do right before ours. They said they wished they had used you after they saw our new kitchen.

We were entirely satisfied with the project undertaken by your company. The additional cabinetry in our kitchen looks great and earns compliments from visitors to our home. Our designer, Myste, was attentive and patient with us throughout the process and the install team exceeded expectations for their skill and tidying up after.

As has been the case with past projects that Cyr Lumber has completed at our property, the recent bathroom remodel was completed on time, to our specifications, and professionally. Cyr's employees, supervisors/managers have always been courteous and knowledgeable and their sub-contractors as well, representing the company well. Jeff's experience, professionalism and patience with our myriad of questions was just what we needed and truly a blessing to us throughout this lengthy process. Construction began in July 2015 after we met briefly with Mr. Bill Norton who guided each part and solved all issues to our total satisfaction. Initially the demolition team, followed by the reconstruction team were all professionals who never forgot to be courteous, kind and patient with us.

My new kitchen is beautiful. It came out better than I thought it would. There seems to be more room in the kitchen. Janelle was a big help with everything. The men that came to do the job were very niece. Thank you all for my new kitchen.

Do yourself a favor and use Cyr Kitchen & Bath for your remodel! We just recently did a bathroom reno and ordered cabinets from a different company and had a horrible experience. I came to Cyr to order the rest of the stock (tub, plumbing accessories, wall tile, floor tile etc.) and Meghan was so great to work with. I was really overwhelmed and she made it so much easier. I had specific ideas for some things, and no idea for others and she helped me with all of it. I had no clue what I wanted for a tub and the one she chose for me I absolutely love! I wanted a countertop remnant and the business she referred me to was fantastic. She was quick to respond to all my emails and was always available to help me out. Also, everything I ordered was quick to ship and of great quality. Thank you Meghan and thank you Cyr for a great experience, great customer service and making this renovation less stressful!

Meghan at the Salem, NH office helped us with our kitchen remodel..she was very professional and knowledgeable and helped us with our kitchen design..everyone who worked on our project was outstanding..Janelle was a wonderful help with communicating who would be at our house when and would email us daily to let us know what the schedule was. All of the contractors that came to our house were respectful and professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. The quality of their workmanship was top notch..you could tell that they took pride in their work and would make sure it was perfect..they also finished ahead of schedule which we really appreciated since we wanted our kitchen back as soon as possible..I would highly recommend this company for any project in your home. Cyr Kitchen and Bath recently re-modeled our master Bathroom.
We are extremely satisfied with the results.
Our designer, Nancy, did a superb job in guiding us through the selection of products, including material colors and textures.
Issues were promptly and satisfactorily resolved.

We worked with CYR and one of the designers to restore and renovate a bathroom that had been wrecked by a leak. We were extremely happy with the ideas and love how the project turned out.

Our experience with Cyr Lumber was great! We went in with a budget in mind and we were able to stay within that budget. We did have an add on that was unexpected but required due to city code. It also made our home safer which is always a good thing. The end result is that we have a beautiful kitchen that is now opened up to the rest of our home. The cabinets are beautiful and the work done by all of the contractors was exactly what we wanted and our home was left neat and clean at the end of each day..
We worked with Chris in Manchester who put together the design as well as with Janelle out of Windham who managed the project.
Both were responsive to all questions and immediately responded to emails (even when Janelle was on vacation!) We would absolutely use them again.

Linda Leone is an expert on kitchen design and made our experience a pleasure!

For our build, Cyr K & B was the best we were referred to for cabinetry. We had the pleasure of working with Linda Leone. She was the most helpful professional we experienced during our entire home building process. She brought our vision to life and provided wonderful advice. She gave us 3D renderings with all the added feedback for our approval to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. You can expect care, skill, respect and great communication when working with her! I would certainly use Cyr K & B again and will always be sure to recommend them to others.

The Cyr team did an amazing job renovating our kitchen that is a centerpiece in our home. Camila, Janelle and Bill are awesome! We greatly appreciated their experience and guidance throughout the project. We were always updated in a timely fashion with every step of the project and they were quick to respond to our questions, even coming to our house a few times to discuss in person. We were very impressed with the quality of work and craftsmanship from each member of the project team - demo, cabinet installers, granite, flooring, plumbing and electrical. We couldn't ask for a better outcome or a better team to work with and fully endorse Cyr for anyone considering a kitchen remodel!

This is our second renovation with Cyr Kitchen & Bath and we are just as happy with our entirely new bathroom as we are with our kitchen. The team at Cyr is amazing and working with them could not be easier. Amy and Janelle keep everything moving along and all the guys who come to do the work are professional, friendly, and do fantastic work. Our bathroom is amazing and the process was about as minimally disruptive as imaginable. They show up when they say they will, are always on time and leave everything cleaner than they found it. We had a exciting experience with Tilton Kitchen and bath Gale Seaman was excellent. We had never done a renovation before and she showed us all the options and suggested idea's and helped us every step of the way though the process, always there if we had any questions.
